Tenants should follow the below steps for a smooth exit:

1.  Request for a final bill - Send an email to, preferably 3 to 4 working days in advance.

2.  Pay the final bill - Final bills have to be paid in full.  Ensure that you have the wordings 'Final Bill Cleared' on the receipt.

3.  Exit - The security team will allow for an exit only if the final bill payment receipt is produced.

Please note that the billing team does not operate on Fridays and hence ensure you complete steps 1 and 2 before a Friday.
