Dear Valued Customers,
Greetings from Al Hamra Utility Billing (AHUB). We are pleased to announce the tariff and charges for the billing period August 2014 to December 2014. The tariff for electricity, water and cooling remain unchanged. The residents of Royal Breeze 1 will be billed as per the readings on their BTU meter in the units where the meters are installed and connected.
AHUB sends the hardcopy utility bills to the units between the 10th to 15th of each month. In addition, within 3 working days, the bills via email are sent to owners and registered tenants. AHUB takes no responsibility in recovering unpaid utilities from tenants and will not entertain any requests verbal or via email for the same.
If AHUB is unable to read the utility meter or the meter is found faulty, you will receive a bill based on an estimated reading.
Kindly note when requesting for a final bill, 5 working days are required. Final bills for a past date cannot be provided. All Final Bill requests are to be made to firstname.lastname@example.org.
As part of our continuing commitment to provide global standards of utility billing, we are pleased to announce that Green Bill is now available on the AHUB portal www.alhamrautilitybilling.com.
What is a Green Bill?
Green Bill is an electronic version of your paper bill. You will receive an email each month as soon as your latest bill is ready. You will not receive a paper bill at your unit. AHUB encourages all owners/tenants to subscribe to this service as part of our initiative to become more environment friendly.

The tariff above is in line with the current utility rate provided by the suppliers; these tariffs will be in effect starting from the billing period of August 2014 till the billing period of December 2014.

Late Penalty - Amount outstanding is
0 AED to 300 AED
301 AED to 1000 AED

Due date is 25 days from the statement date.
Final Bill Charges
Applicable only if the move-out date is less than 90 days from the move in date
10 days after due date if no payments have been made and the bill is more than 1000 AED
On clearing dues and reconnection is made. Will be shown in the subsequent bill.
Illegal reconnection/tampering with meters
Unauthorized reconnection of any utility, Illegal tapping of electricity.
